Block A of the unit has the capacity of Manufacturing:
– 50,000 Eye/Ear drops and nasal sprays per shift.
– 40,000 Pre-filled syringes per shift.
– 50,000 Sterile eye ointment tubes per shift.
Block B Has the capacity of manufacturing :
– 2,00,000 Liquid Ampoules per Shift.
– 30,000 Dry powder vial lines per Shift.
– 40,000 Lypholization vials per Shift.
Block C of the unit consists of Administration, Research and Development/ ADL/ F&D and Quality Control as well as Quality Analysis labs.
Based at Ahmedabad, Gujarat Unit 2: Spread across 4 blocks
– Block A of the unit manufactre cephalosporin sterile dry powder for injection 100,000 per shift
– Block B of the unit manufacture betalactum penicillin sterile dry powder for injection 100,000 per shift
– Block C of the unit manufacture carbapenem sterile dry powder for injection and lyophillized 50,000/20,000 per shift
