Mr. Vikram Shah
Under his leadership, Swiss has made tremendous growth in all spheres of activities. Mr. Shah has brought the company to the forefront of the Indian Pharmaceutical industry. He has more than 45 years of experience in of the pharmaceutical market. His expertise in the field have proven to be worth lot of essence. Academically, Mr. Shah is a commerce graduate and a second-generation entrepreneur, before pharmaceuticals, Mr. Shah was in the textile industry. Mr. Shah is a Director on the Board of Directors of the Company since 1999 and has been the Managing Director of the company since 1997. It is his vision and execution that has brought Swiss so far to become a global leading pharmaceutical manufacturer.

Mr. Naishadh Shah
After completing his graduation in commerce from the University of Gujarat, Mr. Naishadh Shah obtained a degree in M.B.A from the NMIMS, Mumbai. Holding nearly 12 years of experience in the field of Marketing and General Management, Mr. Shah was proudly appointed as the Executive Director of the Company with effect from 2007 Mr. Shah’s precise grasping of the global pharmaceutical market has been particularly beneficial of Swiss . He is one of the major brains behind the current global presence of Swiss. Mr. Shah works day-in, day-out for ensuring that Swiss not only maintains itself as a leading pharmaceutical manufacturer in the Indian market but also constantly expands itself to more and more foreign countries.

Passionate about pharmaceuticals, Shachi Shah holds a B.Pharm degree and has been a keen observer of the market for more than 10 years now. Her key insights as a director she shaped major departments of Swiss. Her contributions in research and development of various products remain unmatched.

Managing the company’s assets, and optimizing financial operations, Mr. Pandya has been a very approachable leader. He also exercises and brainstorms upon setting an appropriate goal for Swiss and oversees daily operations.
